Dalian Haichang Discovery Kingdom Theme Park is located at No.36 Jinshi Road, Jinshitan National Tourism Resort, Dalian, China. It is invested by Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Co., Ltd. listed in Hong Kong. It is planned and designed by RPVA of the United States. The park covers an area of 470,000 square meters, adjacent to the Ten-mile Gold Coast. With more than 40 of the world's top amusement facilities such as space shuttle, desert storm, Amazon adventure, water collision, as well as a 7,000 square meter indoor parent-child interactive amusement area "Cool Music fans You world", the performing arts team composed of 100 foreign actors presents more than 40 global style performances every day.

In 2008, Dalian Haichang Discovery Kingdom Theme Park was rated as National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base by the Ministry of Culture; on December 10,2020, it won "China", "the award", "2020 and" in 2021 in 2022.
